William Tropp, President
Mr. Tropp serves as Tiger Petro President, and has over thirty years of experience in global finance, project development and engineering.
Prior to founding Tiger Petro, Mr.Tropp was president and Managing Director of Tiger Financial, Inc. With offices in the United States and London. Tiger Financial, Inc., built and financed power plants and refineries in South and Central America, Hotels and Gaming Casinos for International Corporations and the Mojave Indian Tribe. From 2001 through 2007 syndicated financing for over 5 billion dollars internationally for energy and related commercial projects. Tiger Petro has brokered and traded fuel for over 10 years. Colonel USAF, Retired. Combat pilot Viet Nam 1967-1970. Military Assets Coordinator, Air Force Command: Responsible for the acquisition and budgeting aircraft material requirement and support personnel for combat readiness and operations, worldwide.

Vinayak Seshadri, Sr Director / Chief Principal Head of Global Marketing (Asia and GCC head)
Vinayak Seshadri has been a Sr. Management Executive since 1995 – till date. He has worked with some of the top companies such as America Online (USA), Netscape (Bangalore), Wipro (India), Dell (USA), Automotive World (UK), CTW-Holdings Inc. (USA), Midola Business Solutions (USA), Svan Ship Management (Rotterdam / India), Gadiel ltd. (UK), NECL (USA), GREA (USA), YES! GmbH etc. Vinayak is a Post Graduate in Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from a premier institute in India (IBAM) associated to San Jose University (CA – USA), His basic Graduation is in Bachelor of Commerce.
He is also certified in FICA, Diploma in Main Frame (ES-9000), Super Minis (AS-400), Networking and Security, Multi Media, Hardware Solutions, Software Development and Design, Software Exports, BPOs, Leading and coaching the AOL way, World Leaders Certification, Black belt Six Sigma Solutions, Pragrati, Dell Leaders Insight Certification and Pilot’s license – just to name a few. He holds key position from Sr. VP, Chief Advisor, Sr. Consultant to Director level for various MNCs to the board for top companies. His specialization comes in International Businesses Development in the areas of Data mining, Aviation (Sale of Commercial Aircrafts), Fuels (Jetone, D2), Buyer and Seller markets of JP54, D2,6, Mazut (IFO), Crude, Procurement of Financial Instruments (SBLC, BG. LC) and Wealth Management Programs and International Consulting. He possesses a total of 23 years of International experience in various domain
Angel Cantú-Villarreal, Director Global Operations
Angel Cantú-Villarreal has been working in the Petroleum Industry in the USA and Mexico for more than 40 years. After finishing College of engineering (CSUF) 1980, he started activities with family owned company since late 1981 with the Mexican government owned Petroleos Mexicanos “PEMEX” in various projects which include a long term Procurement Director position for CIGSA Construcción S.A. de CV, part of a Consortium of companies in Madero Tam. Mexico, projects include, Pemex owned gas and oil tankers fleet maintenance at company’s shipyard, offshore production rigs maintenance and construction in the division PEMEX Exploration and production, and other turnkey projects for Process plants for the refining division completed HDD MTBE and SRU plants on Salamanca, Madero and Tula Refineries including integration to the distributed control systems. After leaving position in 1998, Mr. Villarreal participated in various EPC projects with PEMEX exploration related to offshore pipeline inspection maintenance and reconditioning projects under contract with COMMISA/Brown and Root Energy Services Ltd (UK) in CD del Carmen Campeche Pemex Marine Division. After serving in Pemex oil industry turnkey projects, in 2006 Mr. Villarreal acted as oil and gas consultant professional, with various midstream involved companies in Mexico’s Pemex Northern region gas production basin “Burgos” on multiservice contract services. Mainly on logistics for all demobilization and mobilization of closed loop system drilling rigs. Tiger Petro Ltd., is proud to have Mr. Villarreal joined our mission as our chain of distribution International Operations Director appointee for Majors and Sub-majors global logistics projects, and foreign affairs acting with legal power as Mandate for North America, European and Caribbean Markets.
James Muir Ferguson (Jim), Vice President, Operations
Jim Ferguson, born in Scotland, spent almost 35 years as West Coast Bank Manager for 3 Western Banks.
Became the youngest Bank Branch Manager in British Columbia at age 21. Became a specialist at opening brand new Branch Offices, including architectural work, office layouts and hiring & training of all staf (Average 30-32 staff). Was Transferred 15 times in 30 years opening New Offices. Experienced and Dynamic Management Professional with more than 43 years of Senior Management experience within International and Governmental organizations. Demonstrated expertise in the Areas of Corporate Re-Structuring, Equity Financing , Bridge and Project Financing with extensive Business Networks in the Oil & Gas Industry, Capital Markets, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Investment Banking.
Almost 25 years in Oil & Gas, Jim has a global network of Fuel contacts, specializing in Jet A1, D6, EN590, ULSD, Crude Oil such as WTI and other Commodities including Gold Bullion. The majority of Fuel Contracts have been in Rotterdam & Houston Ports, but also include CIF Delivery.
Jim has been a Senior Executive or Director in Companies he has chosen to belong to since age 21.Jim has a large Corporate Network of contacts in Oil & Gas, as well as the Financial community.
Benjamin Charran, Director of Trinidad / Legal Mandate
Benjamin Charran is the Tiger Petro Ltd, LLC Director of Trinidad and the Caribbean operations and Legal Mandate with years of experience in the Gas and Petroleum field. As the newest member to Tiger Petro, Mr. Charran will be extending strategic advice to the board in the Gas and Petroleum Industry.
He is also responsible for the development, management and organization of real estate projects in the Caribbean and technology resources for education in the Caribbean.
A Citizen of Trinidad & Tobago and an experienced professional in the field of online trading, he is actively involved in gold transactions, crude oil businesses and other commodities. His international network of clientele and partners span the globe and deal in a large diversity of products. With his unparalleled experience and expertise in sales and marketing he has successfully closed Gold transactions and international crude oil contracts between sovereign states.
Shaun D. Roos, IT Manager
Shaun Roos is from Salt Lake City, Utah and has been a professional web developer for the past 22 years. He has been a web development director over a team of designers and the main IT Director for a few companies including: Pro Line Range Hoods (prolinerangehoods.com), Sport Energy (sportenergy.com), Epromo Solutions (epromo.com) and Echo Park Paper (echoparkpaper.com). Shaun has been the IT Manager for Tiger Petro since 2008. He developed this web site and assists the team with fuel transaction legal documents, web site hosting and updates and email support.
